Food and Beverage Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening and closing of restaurants, ensuring seamless service to customers
  • Coordinate the setup of front-of-house and back-of-house areas, guaranteeing a smooth trading environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing effective communication skills and operating point-of-sale systems efficiently
  • Prepare and present hot and cold food to high standards, adhering to quality control measures
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, coordinating breaks and fostering a positive work environment
  • Evaluate staff performance, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services
  • Implement daily cleaning and maintenance schedules, upholding health and safety regulations
  • Closely manage sales and banking procedures, reconciling transactions accurately
  • Oversee functions, special events, and food and beverage services, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, with a proven track record of success
  • Holding a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards
  • Able to adapt to flexible rosters, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, showcasing flexibility and availability
  • Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling effective motivation, inspiration, training, and coaching of employees
