Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team as a Tech Sales Assistant. This is a casual position, with shifts varying throughout our operating hours.

About The Role:

The Tech Sales Assistant will demonstrate tech enthusiasm and serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner, whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system.

You will also:

  • Demonstrate your flair for technology through recommendations for our customers
  • Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
  • Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
  2. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion and flair for conversation and confidence to engage with our customers
  • 2+ years experience in a similar store or tech environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Great personal presentation
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • A team player
