Seeking a versatile Maintenance Professional to join our team.

We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in facilities work, able to perform general handy-person and trade tasks, carry out preventative and corrective maintenance work, maintain the centre's presentation to a high standard, and provide excellent customer service skills to deal with tenants and clients.

This role is based at Erina Fair Shopping Centre in Central Coast, AU and requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday.

Main duties of this role include:

- Performing general handy-person and trade tasks

- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work

- Maintaining the centre's presentation to a high standard

- Providing excellent customer service skills to deal with tenants and clients

Requirements for Success:

- Previous experience in a retail environment

- Ability to manage a team and work independently

- Qualification in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical engineering is desirable but not mandatory

- Handy-person skills and versatility

- Self-motivation and responsibility

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Physical ability to move equipment

- Liaising with customers and resolving complaints
