Facilities Maintenance Role

Overview:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our facilities team.

Mission Statement:

To deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of presentation across the center.

Job Function:

  • Carry out general handy-person and trade duties as required.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance work to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all areas of the center are presented in an excellent condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and respond to customer queries.
  • Be flexible and able to work across different shifts as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a retail environment.
  • Strong team management and work stand-alone skills.
  • Qualification in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical engineering (desired).
  • Practical handy-person skills and versatility.
  • Self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and manage customer complaints.
