Housekeeping Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and coachable individual to provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers.
  • A positive customer service attitude is essential in keeping with our core values of friendliness, superior service, integrity, safety, and improvement.
  • The selected candidate will respond to member concerns, suggestions, and requests.
  • Maintaining all areas of the facility safe, clean, and orderly at all times is a key requirement.
  1. Sort, launder, fold linens and towels to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  2. Sweep, scrub, and sanitize all areas of the facility to maintain its cleanliness.
  3. Vacuum all carpeting to keep it clean and free from dust.
  4. Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains to keep them clean.
  5. Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  6. Transport trash and waste to disposal to ensure proper hygiene.
  7. Replenish bathroom supplies to keep them well-stocked.
  8. Replace light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting.
  9. Attend scheduled staff meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

A comprehensive training program is mandatory for all employees to attend, which includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during the first 90 days.
