We are seeking a seasoned HSE leadership specialist to join our team and support the delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building a culture of safety excellence within high-pressure environments.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with project plans and timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Foster collaboration between internal and external partners to drive a unified approach to health, safety, and environmental management.

About you

To succeed in this challenging role, you will possess:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, risk management) and extensive experience in major capital projects, minerals processing, or industrial construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HSE leadership, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making processes, and drive cultural change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage diverse teams and adapt your approach to suit different audiences.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
