• Facilitating activities that cater to residents' diverse interests

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs

• Gathering feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities meet residents' needs

• Collaborating with the care team to plan and document activities

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment and adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support

- First Aid Certificate
