About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Shepparton – Archer Street. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing our educational programs, working closely with our centre leadership team to drive excellence in practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Collaborate with our centre leadership team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in practice
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our educators to support their professional growth and development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's strategic plan

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT reg
