About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Shepparton Archer Street. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, and take any necessary action to safeguard them from harm.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the centre's goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Victorian Working with Children's Check.
