About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transport Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at our Perth Depot in Welshpool. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer requests.
  • Process customer payments and issue tax invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to company core values and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities, and tasks.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year industry experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong focus on safety and compliance, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Adaptable, creative, and innovative, with a motivated and self-starting attitude.
  • Accountability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and results.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members and key stakeholders.
