Care Home Leader

As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading the effective management of a facility to deliver high-quality services to residents and their families. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience in aged care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the facility to meet the needs of residents and their families.
- Lead a team of staff to provide quality care and support services.
- Manage finances and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Promote a positive work culture through effective leadership and HR management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.
- Leadership skills and the ability to delegate.
- Aged care experience highly desirable.
- Previous management experience of diverse teams.
- Knowledge of ACFI, WHS, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
