  • Stay connected with customers beyond the shop floor using clienteling tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent retail operations and outstanding customer care.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to capture customer details, expand our customer base, and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards on the shop floor and work with the team to present our best image.
