About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site/Project Engineer to join our team at Aspect Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a large-scale Mining Facility project in Balranald, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and understand drawings, designs, and 3D models to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Calculate volumes for each work area and total material volumes to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain records of daily testing and provide timely notice to clients for upcoming works.
  • Identify, set out, and report on daily work area testing to ensure quality assurance.
  • Prepare ITP's, update FIC's, and gather quality assurance documents and tasks to ensure project compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Masters of Engineer degree with a strong geotechnical background.
  • Experience delivering Bulk Earthworks or Mining projects previously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ideal proficiency with AutoCAD and Trimble software to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Immediate availability or on short notice to ensure project timelines are met.
