Senior Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Technical Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create training content that is engaging, effective, and meets the requirements of our customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to apply this knowledge to create training solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create training content that is engaging, effective, and meets the requirements of our customers.
  • Deliver training courses and materials that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training solutions are integrated into overall program plans.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Education, Training & Assessment, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of training analysis, design, and development.
  • Expertise in Ground Based Air Defence systems and enabling technologies.
  • Expertise in Ground Based Air Defence concepts of deployment and operation.
  • Sound knowledge of IT-based command and control systems.
  • Previous experience making improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training systems approaches across the training life cycle.
