**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care and support to residents in accordance with best practice standards.
- Establishing positive relationships with residents and working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Responding promptly to incidents and changes in resident behavior.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in aged care.
- Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and team members.
- A current Flu and COVID vaccination record including booster.
