**Role**: Caregiver - Early Learning Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a key member of our early learning community, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children.

In this fulfilling role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the children in your care, watching them grow and develop new skills every day. Our centre is committed to providing high-quality early education and care, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will also require a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent), as well as a current Working with Children Check.

**Key Responsibilities**:
• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with other educators to achieve outstanding educational outcomes
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
