Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst Credit Policy professional to review and support the development of appropriate credit policies for retail and business lending functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the credit risk management framework, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting that supports the assessment of the effectiveness of the bank's end-to-end lending processes.
- Assist the existing secretariat function and governance processes of the Credit Risk Committee, including committee planning activities, preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and accurate recording keeping of committee artefacts.
- Support the delivery and review of our Credit Assurance Plan across the credit life cycle.

Requirements:
- Experience in risk management roles within Financial Services.
- Knowledge of relevant Financial Services sector standards.
- Good understanding and practical working knowledge of contemporary Compliance and Operational Risk Frameworks and systems.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge across multiple stages of the credit life cycle for a range of credit products.
