Key Responsibilities- Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and reports to support life transitions and goal attainment.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA registration.
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance and Ochre Card, or ability to obtain.
- Current driver's license.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19.
