The Registered Nurse - Haematology & Bone Marrow Transplant Unit plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care.
This position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care and treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices for individuals with complex hematologic conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert nursing care for patients undergoing stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy, and intensive chemotherapy
- Working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of transparency and trust
