Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering campaigns and marketing activities designed to build demand and achieve business objectives.

As a member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for contributing to the planning of RACQ Group marketing tasks and campaigns, assisting in the conception, design, writing and production of marketing materials, and coordinating external suppliers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective work practice, tracking and measuring campaign performance against agreed campaign objectives, and reporting on results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of University degree in relevant study area, Business or Marketing, or relevant qualifications
  • 3 years+ experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copywriting
  • Good organisational and time, task and priority management skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Indesign, Photoshop, Content Management Systems, Vision 6, Facebook, Twitter, Google
