Empathetic Caregiver Required

We seek a dedicated and passionate caregiver to provide support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and overall well-being. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others while developing your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and light cleaning.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals by providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a high level of care and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in Community and SIL environments or supporting people with complex disabilities will be highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including manual handling tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting client privacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
