Senior Financial Pricing Specialist

About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing strategic thought leadership to sales teams, developing frameworks and processes to achieve mutually beneficial deals, and identifying opportunities for financial uplift.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key financial and strategic partner to EMEA Go-to-Market sales teams, driving pricing strategies at scale and in commercial negotiations.
- Develop and implement pricing guidance, identify levers for financial uplift, and maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks.
- Design and refine frameworks to evaluate deal attractiveness, ensuring alignment with the company's long-range plan and mutually agreeable outcomes.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing, investment banking, or management consulting.
- A proven ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, driving results without significant supervision.
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
