Key to delivering exceptional aircraft maintenance is a skilled and dedicated team leader. We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Aircraft Support Officer in our Domestic B737 operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing apron functions, including team leadership and supervision of staff. They will provide administrative support to the Ramp Manager and undertake reporting requirements. This role involves liaising with Engineering, Network Operations, and Airport authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise 737 apron teams and manage staff overtime.
  • Provide administrative support to the Ramp Manager and undertake reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with Airport authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Manage Catering and Freight functions on the apron.
  • Ensure GSE checks are undertaken and faults reported accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Airline/Industry experience.
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC and airside driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High standard of professionalism and physical fitness.
