Part Time Night Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Night Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining safety and security protocols, and delivering outstanding results.

About This Role:

  • This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and General Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and report any discrepancies promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences through check-in/check-out, request handling, and hotel information.
  2. Financial Management: Conduct daily revenue audits, collate financial reports, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  3. Safety and Security: Ensure strict security protocols are followed to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
  4. Hotel Standards: Maintain the hotel's professional standards and assist in various check and balance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to navigate change and provide quick solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Opera Cloud.
  • RSA and First Aid qualifications or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
