Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of clients and drive business growth through tailored trade solutions.

As a Client Account Manager, you will work closely with our commercial banking teams to understand client needs and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

The role requires exceptional customer service skills, combined with a deep understanding of trade finance, sales, and client management.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients as key sales owner
  • Identify sales opportunities that address specific client needs
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and broaden product coverage with key commercial banking clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of trade finance, particularly core trade, working capital management, guarantees, and trade loans
  • A proven track record in sales and client management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
