We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Valuer to join our team. As a key member of our property valuation group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuations and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and research to determine the market value of residential properties.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed valuation reports for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (CPV) and API membership.
  • Working knowledge of the property market in Southern Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast Regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
