About the Role:

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement through effective communication strategies. This position involves collaborating closely with various departments to create and disseminate impactful content that resonates with our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aimed at fostering employee engagement.
  • Manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and activities.
  • Ensure alignment of internal and executive communications with the organization's core values and objectives.
  • Provide strategic communications support to leadership, helping to craft engaging content for internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to gather insights and develop critical messaging.
  • Oversee the production of various internal communications materials, including newsletters and announcements.
  • Enhance the usage and engagement of the internal communications platform.
  • Design and execute a strategic communications plan for social media to bolster the organization's brand presence.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to ensure consistency between internal and external messaging.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in communications or internal communications roles.
  • Proven ability to engage and advise senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with the private health insurance sector is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
