We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care facility in Padstow Heights.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in gardening and landscaping. You will be responsible for undertaking general day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring all emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

You will also be required to oversee and coordinate contractors working on site, ensuring that all maintenance requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general day-to-day maintenance activities to a high standard
  • Ensure all emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors working on site
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of all maintenance requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous gardening and maintenance experience
  • OHS understanding
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work schedules
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
