About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Fit Out Coordinator to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, scheduling, and logistics of service centre relocations, maintenance, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new site fit outs to ensure service centres are ready for day one
  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, and logistics of service centre relocations
  • Support maintenance and upgrades to existing locations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are met accurately and efficiently
  • Project administration including maintaining accurate and up to date records of project activities
  • Inter/intrastate travel required on a business needs basis

Requirements
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Technology proficient including MS Office Suite
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proven experience in planning, problem solving, and ability to work in a multifaceted position
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
