Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Risk Guidance: Offer expert advice on risk management best practices to support business success while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to maintain control documentation, conduct assurance reviews, and report on internal control findings.
  • Support Incident Management: Assist in managing and escalating risk and compliance matters, including regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to Projects: Utilize your risk expertise to generate insights and help risk owners effectively manage key risks.
  • Cultivate a Strong Risk Culture: Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and provide clear guidance to the business.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications and 3–5 years' experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, including control assurance and risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in relevant systems and software.
