Role Overview:

\

We are seeking talented E and I Technicians to fill various positions at our facility in Perth, AU.

\

Our team is responsible for supplying Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation support services for a demonstration-scale plant featuring the world's first industrial-scale electric spodumene calciner.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Roster: 2 weeks on 1 week off\
  • Work in a FIFO arrangement from Perth\
  • Length of Project: Approximately 6 months with opportunities for extension\
    • \
    • Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems\
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements\
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements\
    • Collaborate with other teams to achieve project objectives\
    • Participate in training and professional development programs\
    • Other tasks as assigned by management\
    • Regularly review and update job knowledge to ensure proficiency in current technologies and techniques\
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders\
    • Develop strong problem-solving skills through hands-on experience and collaboration\
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors\
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly\
    • Improve quality and efficiency through continuous monitoring and feedback\
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times\
    • Report to site management regularly to provide updates on progress and discuss any challenges or concerns\
    • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance personal growth and contribute to organisational success\

    • Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions when required\
    • Provide input into developing policies, procedures, and guidelines that impact daily operations\
