We're looking for a skilled L2 Service Desk technician who can provide remote support to various environments from 10-500 users. This role involves delivering support for Azure, VMware, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure, performing a wide variety of support across many technologies, and working with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote service desk support to diverse environments
  • Deliver support for Azure, VMware, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
  • Perform a wide range of support tasks across multiple technologies
  • Collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments, along with generalist networking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
  • Peerless attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (desired)
