Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present a fresh daily selection for the cabinet, think toasted sandwiches, burritos, and ham & cheese croissants.
  2. Par-bake croissants and cookies each morning to keep the café smelling irresistible.
  3. Cook and plate delicious breakfast/brunch style dishes with care, following established protocols.
  4. Prepare fresh ingredients to maintain kitchen efficiency.
  5. Prepare in-house catering for offsite events including corporate finger sandwiches, fruit platters, wraps, and grazing boxes.
  6. Assist in managing stock, reducing waste, and ordering supplies as needed.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  8. Work autonomously and with pride in cleanliness and upkeep.
  9. Organize and maintain cool room and dry goods storage.
Requirements
