The Role
Our People and Culture Partner will support our Australian operations and help deliver our global people plan. This role will focus on working closely with leaders to drive a high-performance culture.

You will be hands-on, working across the full HR remit, with a mix of operational and tactical work and strategic projects.

We are growing and evolving, which means we have ambitious transformation projects for you to get involved in.

You will report to our Head of People and Culture, who is based in New Zealand, and will be our primary point of contact in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the end-to-end employee experience in Australia, including onboarding, engagement, cyclical activities, and offboarding processes.
  2. Support our leaders in ensuring we bring the right people into our business to support growth, including owning onshore recruitment.
  3. Coach people leaders to drive individual and team performance.
  4. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Advocate and role model a global company approach, fostering collaboration across international teams.
About You
