Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Operations and Governance role is responsible for leading executive operations, governance and compliance processes to support the implementation of policies and projects aimed at promoting the growth and development of contemporary music in NSW.

This involves working collaboratively with stakeholders from within the music industry and across government to deliver exceptional executive, operational and administrative services, strategic projects and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

The role works closely with the Head of Sound NSW to shape and implement processes and ways of working that deliver strategic and operational priorities, while anticipating and responding to opportunities, challenges and deadlines.
