You will also work closely with the People & Culture team to support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Implement standardised operational processes across all sites to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and support Campus Team Leaders and frontline teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in business, business administration, commerce or similar.
  • 3+ years of multi-site operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honesty, Passion for operations, people leadership and results, High Level of Empathy, Energy, Excellent Communication Skills, Independence & Proactiveness, Willing to Listen, Learn & Lead, Intelligence & Creativity.
