As a System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of logistics operations. Your expertise in DC-level technology infrastructure, WMS, WCS, and supplementing systems will be instrumental in supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate and co-create with others. They will also exhibit an agile mindset, with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring well-functioning WHM & overarching WH Control System
  • Supporting DC operations
  • Monitoring system functionality and new system functionality developments, incl. interfaces WMS, WCS, and PLC
  • Communicating change requests from end users to Regional Sales & Ops
  • Maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by educating end users in the IT system functionality

The successful candidate will align release waves and system downtime with key stakeholders, ensure training of end users in new systems and functionalities, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and hands-on attitude to resolving incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Strong expertise in DC-level technology infrastructure, WMS, WCS, and supplementing systems experience
  • Solid knowledge of current DC systems and system updates, technology related development needs, priorities, and projects/rollouts in your department
  • Functional competencies for supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents
  • Proactivity in problem-solving and hands-on attitude to resolving incidents
