Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team at PeopleSense by Altius. As a Psychologist at Altius, you will be responsible for delivering a range of clinical and organizational psychology services, including employee assistance program (EAP) counseling, onsite attendances, and critical incident responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver EAP counseling services to clients, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
  • Provide onsite attendances and critical incident responses to support individuals in their time of need.
  • Offer private and Medicare-rebated counseling services.
  • Support clients with pain-related issues, injury adjustment, and trauma from an acquired injury.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide other clinical and organizational psychological services as required.

Requirements

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Ability to obtain a national police check.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
