Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team at PeopleSense by Altius. As a Psychologist at Altius, you will be responsible for delivering a range of clinical and organizational psychology services, including employee assistance program (EAP) counseling, onsite attendances, and critical incident responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EAP counseling services to clients, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
- Provide onsite attendances and critical incident responses to support individuals in their time of need.
- Offer private and Medicare-rebated counseling services.
- Support clients with pain-related issues, injury adjustment, and trauma from an acquired injury.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide other clinical and organizational psychological services as required.
Requirements
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to obtain a national police check.
- A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
