Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Community Halls Support Officer to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our Community Halls and Caboolture Hub Learning and Business Centre.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support, focusing on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, functionality, and accessibility for all users.

This dynamic role requires the ability to oversee venue procedures, manage correspondence, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and navigate Council's booking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate venue operations, including opening/closing, room setup, and cleaning/resetting for events.
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries and requests related to hall bookings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to service improvements by identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Navigate Council's resources and tools efficiently.
  • Assist customers with event planning, booking processes, and general enquiries.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, financial processes, and other duties as required.

Working hours will vary between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
