Position Overview

Back Office Team Specialist

Location: Remote

We are in search of individuals eager to learn, passionate about the financial sector, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Our Support team swiftly adjusts to client needs, ensuring a personalized and consultative support experience through innovative problem-solving and in-depth knowledge of ZEN's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting objectives by executing tasks assigned by management.
  • Completing departmental tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assisting and overseeing specific processes and tools, particularly customer onboarding, product configuration, and account closure, along with preparing reports and documents requested by external clients or other departments.
  • Managing ad hoc requests and tasks from other departments.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks assigned by other departments.
  • Providing reports, information, and documents as requested by relevant institutions, courts, partners, and management.
  • Upholding the company’s reputation among both Polish and international partners.
  • Participating in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental quality.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Availability for daytime shifts, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
