The Senior Principal will be responsible for leading AI and ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. They will also collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, develop AI strategies and roadmaps, and identify and evaluate AI opportunities within client organisations.
In addition, the Senior Principal will conduct thorough data analysis and data engineering tasks, provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and ML strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and ML to improve products, services, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models and solutions.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in AI and ML, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn).
