Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Department of Health, Tasmania. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and efficient administrative support services to our Community Dementia Service.
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of office management principles and be able to effectively coordinate the day-to-day operation of our office. You will also possess well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize duties and work relatively unsupervised while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adherence to time frames.
This is a permanent part-time position working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from May 2025. The salary for this position is $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (pro rata), plus 11.5% superannuation contribution. You will also have access to salary packaging benefits and a range of leave entitlements, including study leave and professional development support.
