About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' rehabilitation needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to facilitate clients' return to work and optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to empower them to manage their rehabilitation journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
  • Registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
