About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a project in South Australia.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will assist the Superintendent and work closely with the team to deliver the project on time while maintaining our excellent reputation with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake project-specific tasks as directed by the Superintendent.
  • Lead a team of Leading Hands and Electricians.
  • Set an example for safety on-site.
  • Report task status and forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications according to project management methodologies.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
About You

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • A positive attitude.
  • Enjoy problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership in safety.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Previous underground mining experience.
  • Mining Supervisor certifications (G1, G8, G9) are desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience with project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Quality management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
  • SA Electrical License.
  • High-risk work license (WP class) and working at heights certification are desirable but not essential.
  • Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
  • Current unrestricted C Class Driver's License.
  • White or Blue Construction Card.

All tickets and licenses must be current to commence on-site and be eligible for employment.
