Aesthetic Clinic Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to oversee and manage a team of skilled professionals in a leading aesthetic clinic.

The role focuses primarily on working closely with your team to achieve business objectives, as well as the overall management of the clinic. This is a leadership opportunity where you will be able to shape a new team and lead a new clinic opening.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of therapists and cosmetic injectors to achieve performance targets
  • General management of the clinic, including administration and customer service
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Leadership and motivation of the team to exceed targets
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and retail sales

Requirements:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (training provided)
  • Strong background in sales and achieving key performance indicators
  • Experience in managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales teams
  • Ability to offer a high level of customer service and retail sales
  • Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach
