We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have proven experience in administering Jira and Confluence in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation is essential. Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our Atlassian instance, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement effective workflows, schemes, and automation to streamline processes.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external partners, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging solutions and best practices in the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring our workflows remain efficient and effective.
- Proven experience in administering Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner) is a plus.
- Experience working in agile or DevOps environments.
