About the Role

The OSR Supervisor position is a key leadership role within Centurion, responsible for driving customer service excellence and delivering safe, cost-efficient, and reliable freight processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage OSR teams to execute high-level service in line with contractual agreements
  • Drive customer service excellence through successful performance in key areas of safety, people and culture, operations, finance, and compliance
  • Deliver safe, cost-efficient, and reliable freight processing while ensuring company assets are properly allocated, maintained, and optimally utilised
  • Accountable for the overall performance and success of the business unit

Requirements
  • Leadership experience, skills, and attributes with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Customer service and people skills with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Information analysis and surveillance skills
  • Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
  • Practical understanding of Continuous Improvement and Process Management
