**The Role**:
The Afternoon OSR Supervisor position exists to provide leadership direction to all OSR teams to execute high level service in line with contractual agreements. The position will drive customer service excellence through successful performance in the key areas of safety, people and culture, operations, finance, and compliance. The position is responsible for the delivery of the safe, cost efficient and reliable OSR freight processing whilst ensuring company assets are properly allocated, maintained, and optimally utilised at the lowest cost. It is accountable for the overall performance and success of the business unit.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Management and delegation of tasks to direct reports
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and human resource policies and procedures.
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions
- Safeguard OSR operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Sustain physical condition of OSR by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Assist in the preparation of and managing of expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Complete OSR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and assessing work results.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant OH&S polices by leading by example, displaying safety awareness at all times, and ensuring conformity to housekeeping policy.

**Skills & Experience**
- Leadership experience, skills, and attributes with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Customer service and people skills with Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Information analysis and Surveillance skills
- Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Practical understanding of Continuous Improvement and Process Management
