Clinical Leader for Child and Youth Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team in North-West Tasmania. As a key member of our mental health program, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the child and youth mental health program
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric services to young people aged 0-18 years
- Work within a framework of evidence-based services, recovery-focused and trauma-informed care
- Participate in clinical reviews and provide consultancy services to other team members and units
- Ensure clinical governance requirements are met across the clinical stream
- Promote and maintain close links with other specialist, general practitioners, and service providers to ensure continuity of patient care
