Learning Experience Designer

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll spearhead high-impact training initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to align solutions with strategic goals. Drive innovation in content and delivery, oversee tutor engagement, and shape a future-focused training portfolio that delivers measurable value.

You are a confident leader with a deep understanding of learning design from a corporate client perspective, backed by over five years of experience creating impactful programs. With a proven ability to manage teams and external partners, you bring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to a dynamic environment.

Design face-to-face and online courses, comfortable using digital tools to drive efficiency and innovation. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, you thrive on continuous improvement, embrace change, and are committed to fostering inclusive practices that support diverse learners and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in learning design and leadership
  • Proven track record of managing teams and external partners
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
  • Full-time 2-year contract
  • Base annual salary is $110,000 + 12% Superannuation
  • 38-hour working week
